Mr. Guerra is chairman of Neighborhood Planning Company. and Vice President of Sedano’s Supermarkets. A pharmacist by profession, he has extensive real estate investment and rental holdings. He currently serves as director of Century Partners Group Ltd., the Community Blood Banks of South Florida, and as a trustee of the Florida National Parks Trust. Mr. Guerra was also an organizer and director of Ready State Bank from 1983 to 1998.
